Adopting copper based powder metallurgy sintered filter plates, compared with non-metallic filter materials, it has the characteristics of stable filtration accuracy, high strength, strong plasticity, convenient disassembly and cleaning, and can withstand thermal stress and impact, as well as normal operation at high temperatures. Widely used in hydraulic system oil tanks; 2. When the hydraulic system is working, the oil level in the oil tank sometimes rises or falls. When it rises, air is discharged from the inside out, and when it falls, air is sucked in from the outside in. To purify the oil in the fuel tank, an air filter is installed vertically on the fuel tank cover plate to filter the inhaled air; 3. The same air filter is also an oil injection port, and the injected new working oil must be filtered before entering the oil tank, thereby filtering out the dirt particles in the oil. Purification of working oil is a crucial aspect in hydraulic systems. The air filter can keep the oil in the tank clean, prevent dirt particles from entering the tank from the outside, and extend the working cycle and service life of the oil and components, thus ensuring the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
